Their location is also very amazing near Brusino village. I found this place accidentally when I was dead tired from hiking and boating and just wanted someplace nice to eat in.

This restaurant is small but cozy enough to make guests comfortable. Their homely interior never fails to flabbergast the tourists.

This restaurant is situated in a 17th-century Patrician building which was renovated into a gorgeous building. Their outdoor terrace deserves some serious appreciation.

On my visit to this restaurant, I chose a table on their outside terrace and I felt surreal having my hot breakfast while being surrounded by natural elements.

Now let’s come to their service. Because of having rush in the morning as their breakfast buffet is the best in that area, the service was a bit slow.

But yet I have to admit the waiters and chefs were really humble and friendly. Even after having such a rush, they didn’t spare a single room to complain.

The people serving the tables also advise guests on which wine to pair with the food they’ve ordered that’ll make their feasting experience even more delightful.

The atmosphere felt very warm and cozy and somehow real calm even with all the crowd.

The remarkable food items on their menu are for starters- grilled Swiss beef, beetroot carpaccio with hazelnut sauce, for the main course- fish, grilled lamb chop, and spaghetti, and for desserts- sorbet, caramel apple tatin.

You may have tasted some really fine wines in your life but I’d recommend you to try their organic wine from the family-owned wine estate to experience the authentic fabulous taste of wine. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

If you want to enjoy an afternoon with great weather beside Lugano, this is the ultimate stop for you.

Now let’s talk about their pleasant cuisine which was more than delightful to my tastebuds.

I had their Vitello Tonnato, which is basically coal veal slices dipped in cream and caper mayonnaise sauce.

For my “spicy tooth,” I couldn’t help but have their Pasta al Sugo which came with quite hot and spicy chili and paper sauce.

Here, you’ll find the best Gellato in this village and take my guarantee for it.

These dishes definitely deserve a chef’s kiss from me and if I ever go back to Morcot I’ll definitely visit this place again.

Some remarkable items from their menu are spicy kebabs, hotdogs, pork, sandwiches, fruit smoothies, and tea.

I didn’t know about this place beforehand as this is a very underrated small food shop for takeout only.

I accidentally found it when I was searching for a place to have breakfast specifically something spicy and flavourful.

Just when I was staring at this shop thinking whether I should buy food from here or not, the owner came outside and greeted me helped to get to know about these dishes more, and advised me on items that would best fit my preferences.

After all that feasting of savory items, I wanted to try the homemade ice creams of Morcote so I visited this place that was suggested by my tour guide.

The authentic Italian ice cream available here is truly delicious and refreshing.

My experience of having the ice cream at this place was more relaxing as I was exhausted from hiking and boating and exploring Morcote all day and that too on a very sunny day.

I was dying to get something cool so I decided to go to this place which is located in a side alley, just a few steps off the main road.

I must say this gem ice cream parlor was very hard to find as it was practically hidden.

My recommendation for you would be to take some with you there who can stop you from consuming more than enough ice cream because I am pretty sure you won’t be able to resist yourself.

I couldn’t either! I mean how could I when those ice creams were perfectly flavored, not too sweet, not too salty but just the right flavor that I wanted?

This place truly deserves some more recognition because of all the varieties of delicious ice creams.
