The rabies titre test must be approved by an EU-authorized lab. After that, you and your dog have to wait for three months to travel to Switzerland.

Health Certificate

If your dog comes from low-risk or high-risk countries, then you need to get a health certificate. Which is approved by an authorized vet. The health certificate must be included:

• Rabies vaccination details.
• Microchip details.

Import Permit 

If you travel with 5 dogs or less than 5, then it is non-commercial transport. On the other hand, if you travel with more than 5 dogs, then it is commercial transport. 

For that reason, you should apply for a permit three weeks before the travel. Also, you must enter Switzerland from Geneva, Basel, or Zurich.
